We understand that life's little mishaps can happen.While most manufacturers include a standard defect warranty with the purchase of a new mattress, these warranties tend to be limited and are highly restrictive.
 
These warranties generally cover only manufacturing defects with services available only under certain conditions and at additional expense.
 
However, your SleepTrust Serenity Plan offers protection coverage that is significantly greater than the manufacturer’s warranty.

The Serenity Plan provides the following 10-YR coverage:

Enhanced Manufacturer's Warranty
We provide manufacturer's warranty assistance to your customers. Includes tool-free number, trained Customer Care Representatives and in-home inspection (if required)..

Accidental Damage Repair 
Things happen. In the event of an accidental rip, tear or burn, we will assist your customer in repairing your mattress and/or box spring up to and including full replacement of the damaged piece(s).

Free Advice and Products for Stain and Odor Removal 
Unlimited professional stain removal advice provided by toll-free telephone (1-866-784-3996) together with free stain removal products delivered to your home at no additional cost.

Free Stain and Odor Removal Service
Should the stain or odor persist following use of our free stain and odor removal products, we’ll arrange to have your Sleep Set professionally cleaned in your home by a trained and qualified technician at no additional charge to you.

Mattress Replacement
If we determine the stain or odor cannot be removed, or in the event your Sleep Set cannot be repaired, we’ll provide you with a SleepTrust Exchange Credit* for a mattress replacement.

One Full Year Comfort Exchange
Sometimes the selection of a new mattress may turn out to be the less-than-ideal solution. With SleepTrust Comfort Exchange, you have the benefit of a full year to determine if your mattress is delivering the best comfort possible.

To qualify for the Comfort Exchange, it is important to have a "comfort adjustment" period for the first 30 days following delivery. This is to allow your mattress to properly adapt to your body and sleeping style (remember, you may have been sleeping on a well-worn mattress and your new mattress needs time to adjust to your body for maximum sleep comfort).

After the 30th day and up to a full year following purchase, you may choose to replace your mattress. You will receive a 100% Exchange Credit* which may be applied against the purchase of a replacement mattress. Note that there is a $99.00 exchange fee required payable to Magi Seal International.

* SleepTrust Exchange Credit

The SleepTrust Exchange Credit may only be applied to the purchase of a new mattress from the same retailer and same location as the purchase of the original mattress. Any additional cost (due the re-selection of a higher-priced mattress) is the responsibility of the customer. The SleepTrust Exchange Credit has no cash value and any amounts remaining following exchange are not refunded. See the terms and conditions of your Customer Care plan for details.
