A SleepTrust Plan is comprehensive service plan that goes well beyond the traditional manufacturer’s warranty. It provides protection for your mattress, and peace of mind for you.

2. Why should I choose a SleepTrust Plan?
   
When you purchase a SleepTrust Plan, you're assured of being protected against additional expense and inconvenience of dealing with costly accidental stain or damage situations.

3. Do you cover damage due to wear and tear?
   
While SleepTrust Plans do offer protection against almost all types of accidental situations, we are not able to provide services for mattresses that have suffered from normal wear and tear.

SleepTrust Plans includes customer care solutions for your new mattress in the event of accidental stains or ordors.

5. How do I replace my mattress?
   
If you should encounter a manufacturing defect, accidental damage, stains or odor issues, or simply have a desire to exchange your mattress under the SleepTrust comfort exchange (Serenity Program only), contact us and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.

6. How is a Service Request handled?
   
When you place a service request with SleepTrust, we automatically track every aspect of the request from beginning to completion. All we need to know to provide service is your name, contact information, mattress purchase information, and a copy of your sales receipt.

7. Do I really need a SleepTrust Plan?
   
    With every SleepTrust Plan, you'll discover how comfortable, confident and reassured you feel when you know you're protected from possible mishaps that could occur with your mattress.

8. Doesn't the manufacturer provide a warranty?
   
 A standard manufacturer’s warranty covers only manufacturing defects. SleepTrust Plans offer enhanced protection against accidental stains and odors - plus, "no-hassle" service to help resolve practically any mattress service issue.

9. Is my SleepTrust Plan transferable?
   
Yes. Unlike a typical mattress warranty, if you transfer ownership of your mattress to someone else, the SleepTrust Plan goes right along with it. Simply contact us to update the ownership information. There is no fee for this service.

10. Do you have a payment plan?
   
In most instances, when you purchase your SleepTrust Plan from your favorite retailer, you  can finance your plan together with your new mattress (note that this varies by retailer).

11. How do I determine if my mattress is covered by SleepTrust?
   
Your SleepTrust plan is valid from the moment you purchase it.  Should you wish to ‘activate’ your plan, you may do so anytime, online: www.activate.sleeptrust.com for by calling us toll-free at 1-866-784-3996.
